Tina feels that workouts that are functional and complement your lifestyle will improve your quality of life. She enjoys making workouts both interesting and challenging so that her clients are having fun while staying interested and focused on their fitness goals.
With years of success and experience, Tina will provide a physical assessment and create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Tina will work with you to keep you on track and motivate you along your fitness journey.
